Julia Boyle for herself and on behalf of her minor daughter, Helen Boyle, sued to recover compensation for injuries received by the latter, caused by being struck by one of defendant’s trolley cars, at the corner of Kingsessing Avenue and 49th Street in the City of Philadelphia. The minor plaintiff boarded one of defendant’s cars each week day morning at the corner named on the way to her daily employment.
