SMITH, Judge.

Claimant, Fred Harding, petitions this Court for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Claimant’s reinstatement petition, petition for review of medical treatment and/or expenses and penalty petition.
