Owens Brockway and Gates McDonald (Employer) petition for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed the order of Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) Geoffrey L. Seacrist that denied Katherine Collins’ petition to reinstate her total disability benefits.
