This appeal involves a consolidation of two actions involving breach of contracts, tortious interference with contracts, and conspiracy to tortiously interfere with contracts for the sale of two apartment complexes. The district court, the Honorable James H. Meredith presiding, dismissed both cases on the grounds that the plaintiff-purchasers lacked standing to sue or, in the alternative, that plaintiffs initially breached the contracts and therefore could not recover damages for any breach by the defendant-sellers. 527 F.Supp. 602, 609-10 (E.D.
