[¶ 1.] The beneficiary of a trust filed a motion for an order to show cause for why *574 the trustee failed to follow an order of the circuit court. The beneficiary also petitioned the circuit court to order the return of funds to the trust, which funds were allegedly misappropriated by the trustee as a result of the trustee's breaches of his fiduciary duties. The beneficiary further sought to recover attorney fees from the trustee.
