—R. W. Parramore filed 'his bill in the circuit court of Taylor county against A. Y. Hampton, a citizen of Taylor county, and B. W. Tedder and Ellen M. Tedder, his wife, of Chatham county Georgia, wherein he alleged that “on the 10th day of January, A. D. .1907, the said Ellen M. Tedder,, the wife of the said B. W.
