ENTRY ON PLAINTIFFS’ MOTIONS TO REMAND

Plaintiffs in these three cases seek damages for wrongful death and serious injuries arising from the same construction accident. Plaintiffs filed these actions in state court in the fall of 2006 and January 2007. Defendant Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. was added as a defendant in February 2008 and then removed all three cases to this court on March 7, 2008.
