Pending before the Comb is Plaintiff Tabor Williams’ Motion to Remand (Doc. 10). Defendants FSN Holdings, Inc. (“FSN”) and First Service Networks, Inc. (“First Service”) (collectively, the “Removing Defendants”) have filed a memorandum in opposition to Williams’ motion (Doc. 12), and Williams has filed a reply (Doc. 16). For the reasons articulated below, Williams’ Motion to Remand is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
