OPINION BY

BECK, J.:

¶ 1 In this appeal we consider whether the trial court erred in granting appellees’ petitions to strike judgments appellant sought to enforce against them under the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 4306 (UEFJA). We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

¶ 2 Appellant is the law firm Koresko and Associates, led by John J. Koresko (Koresko). Appellees are two brothers and their wives (the Farleys) who filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions in 1992. Koresko represented the Farleys in their bankruptcy proceedings. At the time, Ko-resko was…
