MEMORANDUM
NEWCOMER, District Judge.
Before the court is a Motion to Dismiss the Appeal of Deloitte & Touche, brought by debtor Valley Forge Plaza Associates. For the reasons set forth below, the court shall grant the Motion to Dismiss.
I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND
On March 28, 1989, Valley Forge Plaza Associates, a Pennsylvania Limited Partnership (“Debtor”), filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
