RUDMAN, Justice.

Calvin J. Kendall appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court (Cumberland County, Alexander, J.), granting a summary judgment to Connecticut National Bank (the “Bank”) in the bank’s action to foreclose a mortgage and recover amounts due under an unsecured note; and a summary judgment to the Bank on Kendall’s counterclaims alleging: (1) that the Bank violated the federal securities laws and (2) that the Bank is liable for negligent misrepresentation and nondisclosure. We affirm the Superior Court’s order of foreclosure and its dismissal of Kendall’s counterclaims based on…
