WatsON, Judge:

These nine appeals for reappraisement, which were consolidated for trial, involve various styles of 12-gauge fur-*773blend fully fashioned ladies’ sweaters which were manufactured by four different concerns and exported from Hong Kong between the dates of June 29,1963 and September 30,1963.

It was stipulated between counsel that the merchandise is not on the final list promulgated under the Customs Simplification Act of 1956.
