Richard Anderson commenced this action against Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) and state anti-discrimination statutes. Several other former Unisys employees later joined the suit. The district court dismissed the state and federal claims of all the plaintiffs, except Anderson and Nielsen, for failure to comply with the statute of limitations.
