Richard Thompson petitions pro se for review of the order of the State Civil Service Commission that sustained his removal from employment as a program manager/aging care manager 2 with Beaver County Area Agency on Aging (Agency), effective November 25, 2008, for excessive and inappropriate use of the county computer system in violation of written policy.
