I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Plaintiffs Tri County Wholesale Distributors, Inc. (“Tri County”) and the Bellas Company d/b/a Iron City Distributing (“Iron City”) (collectively “Plaintiffs” or the “Distributors”) for Preliminary Injunction. (Doc. 9.) For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED.
