Petitioner has filed a petition for an alternative Writ of Prohibition and/or Mandamus to prohibit the District Court of Comanche County, Oklahoma, from further proceeding against him in the execution of a judgment rendered against him. The petitioner was convicted on October 12, 1973, for burglary in the second degree and sentenced to three (3) years’ imprisonment.
