OPINION

2Per curiam

¶ 1 Robert Wayne Lambert was tried before a jury in Creek County District Court, Case No. CRF-87-240, and convicted of two counts of First Degree Murder in violation of 21 O.S.1981, § 701.7. In accordance with the jury recommendation,1 the Honorable Donald *226D. Thompson sentenced Lambert to death on each count. Lambert appeals his Judgment and Sentence.
