I. INTRODUCTION and BACKGROUND

Defendant Joseph Queri, Jr. (hereinafter “defendant”) and his co-defendants are charged with, inter alia, mail fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud, and money laundering. (See First Superseding Indictment, Dkt. No. 41.) The First Superseding Indictment (hereinafter the “indictment”) includes a forfeiture allegation seeking the recovery of any property found traceable to the alleged offenses. (Id. at 62-67.)
