BUSTAMANTE, Judge.

{1} Daniel LeFebre (Defendant) appeals his convictions for driving under the influence, failure to demonstrate proof of financial responsibility, reckless driving, and two counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Defendant contends: (1) he was denied his right to a speedy trial as guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution; (2) the two counts of evading an officer are based on a single episode of flight and violate the double jeopardy clauses of the United States and New Mexico Constitutions; and (3) he was denied his due…
