MEMORANDUM OPINION

Petitioner, the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands, seeks to challenge, by writ of mandamus or prohibition, or in the alternative, by writ of review, the propriety of the action of a Municipal Court judge 1 in appointing private prosecutors to prosecute three separate complaints against three police officers.
