MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the People’s “Motion to Reconsider the Release of Defendant” pending trial and Defendant’s *322Opposition thereto. Based upon the reasons set forth below, the Motion will be DENIED.

INTRODUCTION

The People’s Motion seeks reconsideration of this Court’s decision releasing Defendant on bail pending trial in the form of his personal recognizance.
