YOUNG, Justice.

This is a workman’s compensation suit, third trial, second appeal. The first verdict and judgment, awarding compensation as for total and permanent disability, was reversed for procedural errors, Texas Employers Ins. Ass’n v. Hale, Tex.Civ.App., 167 S.W.2d 575. The result of second trial was inconclusive; and, consequent upon the present hearing, a judgment again in terms of total and permanent incapacity, has been brought up for review.
