This is a case under the Workmen's Compensation Law. Appellant was the insurer, Arkansas Fuel Oil Company the subscriber, and appellee the employee. Trial in the court below on an appeal from an award of the Industrial Accident Board resulted in a judgment in favor of appellee against appellant in the sum of $6,829.61 for total permanent disability. According to the pleadings of appellee and the evidence offered by him in support thereof, he received two injuries in the course of his employment.
