INTRODUCTION

On October 25, 1994, plaintiff Betty Gris-wold filed a complaint in this court against her former employer, Alabama Department of Industrial Relations, (“ADIR”), and her former supervisors: Doug Caudill, John Long, Carolyn Ashley, and Rex Granger, (collectively referred to as “supervisors”).
