OPINION
DIXON W. HOLMAN, Justice.
A jury found Appellant David Christopher Graham guilty of the December 4, 1995 capital murder of a fifteen-year-old high school student, Adrianne Jones, by shooting her in the head twice with a handgun. The State had not sought the death penalty, and the trial judge sentenced Appellant to life in prison. Appellant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence, but with fifteen points of appeal presents procedural and constitutional issues about his trial.
