On original submission, we held that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to call any witnesses on Appellant’s behalf, including alibi witnesses counsel admitted that Appellant had told him about when counsel was retained over six months before trial. See Jones v. State, No. 02-00477-CR (Tex.App.-Fort Worth March 28, 2002) (not designated for publication) (attached hereto as Appendix A).
