Dunton v. Derby Desk Co.

This is an action to recover the balance due on an alleged contract to employ the plaintiff as superintendent of the defendant’s factory, for the term of one year from July 1, 1900, to July 1, 1901, at the rate of $8,500 a year. In the Superior Court the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff; and the case is before us on the defendant’s exceptions.
