This is an insurance-coverage dispute arising out of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company's failure to pay underinsured-motorist (UIM) benefits to its insured, Plaintiff Angelica Fernandez, because her policy contains a provision that reduces her UIM benefits by amounts that "could have been paid" by workers' compensation insurance.
