This is an action by appellant, Hubert S. Kelly, the owner and operator of several motor vehicles for hire on behalf of himself and others, similarly situated, but too numerous to be joined as plaintiffs, against appellees, for an injunction' to prevent appellees and those acting under their direction and in concert with them, from enforcing Chapter 153 of the Acts of the General Assembly for the year 1933, §47-1106, et seq.
