TUTTLE, District Judge.
This is a petition for naturalization. The following statement of facts has been stipulated and agreed upon between the applicant and the government, and is therefore adopted by this court as a statement of the material facts involved :
“Applicant was bom in the year 1884 in British India. His mother was Henrietta Morrison Drysdale, the daughter of John H. Morrison. John H.
