This bill was filed by Martha Moore, to have her dower in a tract of land in Harrison county, of which her husband had been seizedjn fee, during the coverture, and which the defendant claimed by virtue of a purchase at a Commissioner’s sale, under a decree which bound her husband’s title. The claim of dower was resisted on two principal grounds, viz : first, that at the death of T. H.
