OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Timothy Feagin ("appellant"), appeals the judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims, in which that court dismissed appellant's complaint filed against defendant-appellee, Mansfield Correctional Institution ("appellee"). In addition, appellee has filed a motion to strike Appendices A, B and C attached to appellant's brief.
