Plaintiffs Girl Scouts of the United States of America and Boy Scouts of America (“Plaintiffs”, “Girl Scouts” or “Boy Scouts”) instituted this action on February 17, 1989 against defendants Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing Group, Inc. and Judy Delton (“Defendants”), the publisher and author of a series of children’s books (currently sixteen in number), bearing the title “Pee Wee Scouts” along with various subtitles.
