Before the Court are Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint in the above-captioned matter pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) (lack of personal jurisdiction), 12(b)(5) (insufficient service of process), and 12(b)(6) (failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted). For the reasons stated herein, Plaintiffs Complaint is dismissed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2).
