I. Introduction
This is an interlocutory special appearance appeal. Appellant Moncrief Oil International, Inc. appeals the trial court’s order granting the special appearances filed by Appellees OAO Gazprom (Gazprom); Gazprom Export, LLC; and Gazprom Marketing & Trading, Ltd. 1 In its first, second, and fourth issues, Mon-crief Oil contends that these three Appel-lees failed to negate all bases of personal jurisdiction.
