This admiralty action arises from the carriage of iron ore from several ports in China to ports in Italy and Spain aboard plaintiffs vessel, the MTV PADRE. Plaintiff filed a complaint seeking maritime attachment and garnishment against defendants to obtain security for contemplated arbitration in London and litigation in China.
