MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, District Judge:
Defendant Oceanografía S.A. de CV. (“Oceanografía”) moves to vacate this Court’s January 25, 2007 order of maritime attachment and garnishment (the “Attachment Order”). In the alternative, Oceanografía seeks countersecurity from plaintiff DSND Subsea AS (“DSND”) in connection with Oceanografía’s counterclaim in this action. DSND cross-moves for an order satisfying an English High Court judgment in favor of plaintiff from the funds currently under attachment.
