OPINION
DAVIS, Judge:
Stephen E. Hauskneet petitions for relief from a final order of the Industrial Commission (Commission) dismissing his claim of age discrimination against Kennecott Corporation (Kennecott). Petitioner did not timely pay the required fees in connection with his petition for review; therefore, we dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
