This is an appeal from the decision of the workmen’s compensation board dismissing the claim for workmen’s compensation. The facts as found by the board are substantially as follows:

Claimant, Alfred G. Mosher, a resident of Athens, Pa., was an employe of the Athens G. L. F. Service Corporation, Inc., Athens, at a weekly average wage of $65.
