I. INTRODUCTION

THIS MATTER is before the court on the parties’ motions. Plaintiff Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc. (“Ocean”) moved for a preliminary injunction, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65, and defendants Turner Network Television, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., and Farrell/Minoff Productions oppose that motion.
