This is a review of a judgment of the district court reversing in part an award of the Industrial Commission to claimant for room and board while taking treatments as a result of an injury with admitted liability.
The Industrial Commission will be referred to as the Commission, the defendant in error, the insurer, and Jackson, the claimant.
