This case arises out of a landlord-tenant dispute. The trial court ruled in landlord’s favor on one of its claims and in tenants’ favor on two of their claims. The court designated both landlord and tenants as prevailing parties but declined to award either of them attorney fees. Tenants appealed, arguing that they were the only prevailing parties and that the trial court should have awarded them attorney fees. A divided panel of the Court of Appeals affirmed.
