I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The instant case involves claims of discrimination and failure to accommodate under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12112 et seq., Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., along with several claims arising under the laws of Puerto Rico, over which this Court exercises supplemental jurisdiction.
