This suit for damages under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., was by appellant administratrix for benefit of herself and two minor children, arising out of the death of her husband Alfred G. Benson while employed as brakeman on a freight train of defendant engaged in interstate commerce; the fatality occurring at Lindsay Flag Station about six miles west of Gainesville, Cooke County, on the Wichita Falls-Denison line of said railway.
