Barnes, Judge.
Jerry Price appeals from his conviction for misdemeanor cruelty to children, contending that insufficient evidence supports his conviction. He also asserts that the trial court erred in imposing a greater sentence after the trial than it had agreed to before the trial. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the conviction but reverse the sentence and remand for resentencing.
