Barnes, Judge.

A jury convicted Darían Townes of four counts of aggravated assault, burglary, theft by taking, and carrying a concealed weapon, and the trial court sentenced him to serve 111 years in confinement, the maximum time possible. Townes appeals, contending the trial court abused its discretion, considering that it said on the record before trial that it thought the State’s recommendation of twenty years to serve ten in confinement was reasonable. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
