On June 1, 2006, the Santa Clara County District Attorney charged appellant Salee Amina Mohammed by information with one count of failure to appear while released on own recognizance (OR). (Pen. Code, § 1320, subd. (b).) The information alleged that appellant had been charged with a felony when released on OR, within the meaning of Penal Code section 12022.1.
