Matter of Marriage of Arvey

Richard Arvey appeals the trial court’s order denying his petition for modification of child support and the trial court’s order adjusting child support pursuant to the dissolution decree. Richard contends that the trial court erred by (1) failing to find a substantial change of circumstances, (2) designating him as the transfer payment obligor, and (3) failing to use a "split-custody” method to apportion child support. We vacate and remand for recalculation of child support.
