Pierce Mortuary Colleges, Inc., Pierce Mortuary Colleges Inc., d/b/a Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, Professional Training Schools, Inc., and Thomas Shaw (collectively Dallas Institute) appeal the amended order certifying class action granted in favor of Frederick Bjerke, Nanette Rives, Ila Greene, David Young, Maria Evans, Richard Gambrell, Jessie Nickerson, Phillys Groves, and Virginia Shaw (collectively Bjerke).
