On May 13, 1965, Oleo King, born December 28, 1919, sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment as a plasterer. The injury caused total temporary disability through November 30, 1965, for which he was paid temporary disability benefits at the maximum rate. Award issued for permanent disability benefits of $4,305 payable at the rate of $52.50 per week for 82 weeks.
